I stayed for a night with a medical mission team, and overall, it went well. The rooms were clean and the communal areas looked nice, which suited our large group perfectly. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety. Being just a short walk from local restaurants and attractions like the Zaculeu Mayan ruins added a lot to our experience.

The room was very dusty, resulting in blackened socks from walking around, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

Family with children acceptable stay
The staff was excellent and they brought extra towels within two minutes, super fast,, and the fresh fruit juice at breakfast was a real treat for the kids. We had a good laugh at the large Bingo room. Maybe that’s where the resort title comes from? Always something happening there.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but I guess it was still agreeable.

Breakfast bliss and beautiful scenery
The breakfast was plentiful with fresh juices, and the staff provided excellent service, ensuring our coffee cups were always full. The proximity to Zaculeu ruins was a delightful bonus.
However, the room left much to be desired—the dust was noticeable, and the toilet lacked adequate water pressure for proper flushing, which was quite inconvenient.

The large breakfast spread featured fresh fruit juices, a nice touch for morning sustenance. The convenient parking garage, though tight, handled my vehicle just fine.
Hot water took over 10 minutes to start flowing, which is a drag when you need a shower. The bathroom's odor extractor was falling off, giving a sense of neglect. Wi-Fi access only reached the hallway, leaving my room disconnected. The noisy street-facing rooms offered no sound insulation. I heard everything outside. My bed felt uncomfortably hard and the pillows were flat, making sleep a challenge. The shower had a trick of switching from cold to scalding hot, and the broken shower head was just asking for trouble with water splashing everywhere. Quite a few issues there that a resort should not overlook.

would return there.
My double room had a super comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the spa facilities, especially the hot tub and sauna. The staff was attentive, and the meals in the dining room were really good with plentiful breakfast options. The location is convenient to explore nearby attractions.

The restaurant staff provided excellent service, particularly Jorge, who was attentive throughout our meals. However, the room was quite dusty, and the common areas seemed neglected, with some parts visibly unclean. Additionally, the pool area felt overcrowded, which detracted from its appeal. While the location was convenient for exploring, the overall cleanliness was disappointing.

A fine choice for a brief weekend stay in Huehuetenango with reasonable value. The meals in the dining room were surprisingly good, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit options at breakfast. Keep in mind the parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles.
